This little man Brooklyn came all the way from Perth and had some photos taken at Kayana Photography while he was visiting his great grand mother. He was such a happy character – a true joy to have in the studio. Thanks for bringing him into see me Alicia. Safe and happy travels to you!
Cute as a button! ~ Brisbane Baby Photographer
I’m not sleepy ~ Brisbane Newborn Photographer
Little Master Willan definitely has a mind of his own! He arrived in this world 7 weeks before he was due to and he was not sleeping for us during his shoot. Not. At. All! He was just on due date here, so he was typically wide awake and alert and very very cute! Thanks Yolandi and Billy – it was such a pleasure to have you all at Kayana Photography.
The Bag ~ Brisbane Newborn Photographer
Once upon a time – a new young mum took her little suitcase to the hospital with all the bits and pieces she needed for her stay. Then she lent it to the next person in her family to have a baby, and they lent it to the next person…..etc etc. The first baby born was Mihi. Today, I got to photograph Mihi’s daughter Raumoana with the suitcase. The same one that has passed to all of her cousins born before her. I love the tradition! What traditions are you passing along in your family?
Adorable Annalese ~ Brisbane Baby Photographer
Ok – maybe I should just admit defeat and admit that I am cluckier than a mother hen! Seriously … every beautiful child in my studio lately has made me long for another of my own! Is it any wonder though when they are as adorable as Annalese? Thank you Mel and James for bringing your little princess into Kayana Photography – you are two wonderfully doting and loving parents and such a joy to meet and photograph!
Charlie Bear ~ Brisbane Child Photographer
Ah sweet Charlie bear… your giggle and smile is so infectious! I just can’t help but smile along with you every time I look at these images. Thanks Kathryn and Andrew for bringing Charlie into Kayana Photography – I can see why he is the light in your lives!
Breathtaking ~ Brisbane Maternity Photographer
Wow Rene! You look amazing. At 38 weeks you have an amazing belly. I really enjoyed your session ~ I could see the love between you and Antonio and your soon to arrive baby girl. You two are going to be fabulous parents! I can’t wait to meet your little bundle of sweetness here at Kayana Photography.
This one did ~ Brisbane Newborn Photographer
Not many newborn babies make me clucky (this one did!) and not many newborns manage to take me by surprise so many times during a session and relieve them selves on my blankets (this one did!) I have to say though, poop and all – this was a truly enjoyable session. Thanks for bringing Nathan into Kayana Photography – It really is a true joy to have met you all.
The tiniest treasure ~ Brisbane Newborn Photographer
Meet Makayla – she is the tiniest little newborn I have ever had in the studio. It was such a pleasure to photographer her and Madeleine – her big and proud and equally beautiful sister. You might also recall Denise’s maternity session which can be found here. I am sure you will all agree, that this is one incredibly gorgeous family! Thank you for choosing Kayana Photography to keep these memories in time for you. I truly feel honored.
Sweet little Ella ~ Brisbane Newnborn Photographer
I am soooo behind in blogging – Sorry! Way too many reasons to go into here but I vow to get on track in the next week or so! In the meantime, this sneek peek for Sarah and Ben is long overdue. Their sweet little Ella was just on 3 weeks in these images and the most alert and relaxed little girl. I truly enjoyed your session – I hope I get to meet you all again one day. (and no, I didn’t take the credit for the lovely home baked goods you bought for me! Thank you – they were delicious!)
Finally ~ Brisbane Photographer
I don’t often share pictures of my own girls – because I don’t often take them! I hear it all the time – “you must have loads of beautiful pictures of your girls” ….. nope! They use to hate their picture being taken and they knew the studio was a place of work and not fun. So since we moved into the new house and studio I have let them play in there a little, and dance on the wooden floor and dress up – and that has paid off because on the Easter weekend – they ASKED me to take their picture! We spent time playing and doing hair and having fun with the fan and playing peekaboo in my bucket – I got lots of gorgeous images of them separately but the together images are still quite illusive… still, I have big plans for this one.
